What is the White layer on Apple? Is it wax?Apples naturally produce a thin waxy coating called Bloom, on their skin as a protective barrier. This natural wax helps retain moisture, keeping the fruit fresh and preventing it from drying out. It also serves as a shield against bacteria and fungi, contributing to the apple's long shelf life. The wax is entirely safe to consume and gives the apple its subtle shine. Washing the apple gently under running water is enough to clean it while preserving this natural layer.

How are market apples different from your apples? The difference is in freshness and non-toxicity as our apples reach you much faster than the ones you get from the market. The apples in the market are traded multiple times before they reach you. This process takes a lot of time before they even reach the fruit vendor. Hence you may find the apples in the market soggy and less crunchy. We pick the apples on a specific day. Pack them and ship them immediately.
